Update about orders and Covid-19
As an update to evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we would like to provide an update on additional steps we are taking to safeguard our employees and to ensure business continuity.
We are still here to get what you need. Filaments.ca operations continue, however fulfillment of some orders may take longer than usual. We recognize our special responsibility to remain operational as a critical part of the supply chain and are taking extensive and unique steps to operate as safely and as continual as we can.
Our office and warehouse are not accepting any non-critical visitors at this time. We are still accepting local pickup orders from our Mississauga warehouse, however we request that you please respect social distancing and follow the pickup procedure below which is now in place until further notice:
- After placing your PICKUP order online, please wait for a confirmation email stating that your order is ready to be picked up.
- Please reply to this email and let us know the day and time you will be arriving to pick up your order. Please note this time is reserved for you only as we are spacing all pick ups. If you are going to be late, please call or email us so we can adjust the pick up time.
- Please arrive at the time of your scheduled pick up.
- Please call us when you arrive at 7355 Torbram Rd. #15 | Mississauga, ON L4T 3W3, at this number: 1-888-536-5551- Please remain in your vehicle.
- Kindly provide your name and order number for confirmation.
- We will open and door and leave your order for you to pick up.
- We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during these difficult times. Please do your part with social distancing and BE SAFE! We will all get through this if we do our part!😊
Our team remains vigilant in implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in common areas, door handles, stair rails, etc.
Special note about our temporary return policy update:
Like others, our staff has been working extended hours and worked diligently to improve supply chain, keep up with surging demand and get shipments out to customers as soon as possible. As such, we will not accept returns during this time (Effective March 23,2020 until further notice / Covid-19 passes), including but not limited to over-purchase / overbuy returns or products purchased for projects that are no longer needed. Exchange due to errors will still be honored as usual. We reserve the right to investigate and resolve returns on a case by case basis.
While it is important for us to communicate the steps that we are taking, this is a unique and unprecedented time for all of us. We remain diligently committed to our partnership with our customers to help make the world healthier and safer.
