Alloy 910 is a measurable advancement in 3D Printing materials technology from taulman3D. The goal was to provide a super material with very high tensile, yet sufficient elongation to maintain a high degree of durability. Designed to be extremely strong without any composite fillers, for use in high temperature and high durability applications such as industrial parts and robotics. It is a high quality filament designed to be easy to print with.
With a combined tensile strength higher than the strongest co-polyesters, the durability of Nylons, a shrinkage factor that rivals the t-glase, a vast range of chemical resistance and a 82C working range, you now have one solution easily printable at 245C.
NOTE: Alloy 910 is the only Nylon based polymer that makes support removal easier than most using ABS!

HOW TO CHOOSE TAULMAN3D PRINTING MATERIALS:
STORAGE: One large resealable bag with slider + an extra desiccant pack are included with every spool. The bag and extra desiccant are a great way to safely store your filament spool when not in use. It keeps your filament bone dry & free from any dust or dirt particles, so it's always ready for your next print.
NET WEIGHT: 0.45 KG (1.1 LB)
250°C - 255°C
Nozzle = any size
Print speed = ABS speeds
Retraction = 1mm/.1mm nozzle or for a .5mm nozzle = 5mm
Print bed = Best adherence to platform is achieved by coating clean glass with PVA at 45-50°C
Can be printed without a heated bed on a sheet of BuildTak with a coat of PVA.
For ALL Nylon based materials, users should turn "OFF" any fans that blow on the printed part unless it's a very small part of less than 10mm sqr. = Alloy 910, 618, 645, Bridge, PCTPE, 680 and 230

The strength of this stuff is amazing, it lives up to its reputation. I made some hose couplers with it that I had previously made with PETG. The PETG versions I could break with effort by hand, and they failed eventually. The Alloy 910 versions are unbreakable by hand and are holding up well.
Not sure what's not to like about this other it sucks up water. i pre-dry it every planned print so it's a non-issue. multi-hour prints just stay in the dehydrator. It's layer adhesion is insane and it's fairly rigid compared to regular nylon. plus you can dye it easily. expensive too but worth it for what its used for. engineering.
My #1 filament for functional prints in a FDM non enclosure environment. Generally easy to work with and tough. Can not break printed parts with hands. My go to filament for anything requiring high durability. Bridging is rough & warp is an issue. Print with a brim & A-OK...
It was very easy to get going using the recommended settings. It does make a bit of a bubbling noise at some points which might mean I need to adjust the extrusion speed slightly. However very happy with the results so far. The first part was used for a bike computer mount, as flexible as it is, it is holding up much better than the PLA so far!
Un sealed the package and put it on my printer only to find out that it was popping and sizzling, tried it from a range of 135 F to 155 F no luck. Your filament is full of moisture, not very happy. Had to heat it in oven for approx. 4 hrs at 180 F, results after this were ok printing at 140 F. Not what I expected at that price, you should warn your customers that they have to dry the filament before using it. I will search for other suppliers before ordering again.
