185°C - 215°C
It is essential to ensure filaments are dry prior to printing. Our filament will run best at an extrusion temperature range of 185-230C. It is recommended to use high water content hair spray (as opposed to high ethyl alcohol content) or painter’s tape on the build plate to ensure the first layer of the print sticks to the plate. PEI (with a heated bed), BuildTak, and direct printing on acrylic can also produce good results.
For more stability and a higher quality print:
Reduce the speed of the extruder to 30-60mm/second if possible.
Increase infill to at least 30%
Reduce layer height for higher quality prints, 0.10mm is a good benchmark.
For prints with curvatures, it is recommended to turn on rafts and supports in your settings.
Print in an area with good airflow and/or and active cooling fan that directs airflow directly on the print.
Clean the base plate after each day of printing.
Clean the nozzle after every use for best performance.
Recommended Bed Temperature:
Recommended Print Speed: 40 – 100 mm/s
Annealing: 80°C – 130°C
Annealing Printed Parts:
Ingeo 3D870 (APLA+) is formulated to crystallize when annealed post-printing.
Crystallization is a simple and effective route to improve the thermal performance and further enhance the impact properties of Ingeo 3D870.
The recommended anneal temperature is in the range of 110°C-120°C.
Annealing can be carried out in an oven or some other medium of heat-transfer, such as a hotwater bath. Make sure to follow safety procedures that are appropriate for working around elevated temperatures.
Below is a general guideline to anneal parts printed with Ingeo 3D870:
1. Pre-heat oven to an anneal temperature range of (110°C-120°C). 2. Measure temperature at various locations in the oven to ensure absence of hot/cold spots. Uneven heating can lead to unexpected warpage and sub-optimal performance of the part (a convection type oven/toasted oven is ideal)
3. Place printed part in oven and start timer. Typical time to anneal parts with wall-thickness of 0.125 in (~3.18 mm) is around 20 minutes, but this time is dependent on wall thickness.
4. For large dimension parts, it is common to use support fixtures (e.g.-aluminum jigs) during the annealing process
5. Once removed from the oven, let the part cool in ambient conditions. Minimize handling, as inside of the part will likely remain at elevated temperatures longer than the outside.
6. If using a water-bath to anneal, the part may have to be at temperature for a slightly longer time to crystallize (since the water-bath cannot be at 110°C-120°C).
7. Measure dimensions of the part prior to annealing and again after, to determine shrink.

Please note that our cut-off time for shipping overnight is 03:00 PM (Eastern Time). As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number. Some shipping options such as envelopes may not have a tracking number.
Please note that in case of a refused delivery or if a shipment fails to be delivered to you because no one is home or available to receive the package, the courier WILL send the package back to us at OUR expense. When this happens, we will try to contact you and make further arrangements. These additional shipping charges incurred as well as charges to re-ship the package, will be forwarded to you, the customer. Therefore, please ensure that someone is always available to receive the package or pick it up from your local post office/courier facility before the courier ships it back to us.
We strive to ship out orders as soon as same day for all orders placed by 2pm EST. Although depending on order specifications, it can take between 24 to 48 hours. Unexpected issues may further delay this process and will be communicated accordingly.
Out of Stock & "Sold Out" Products:
The inventory in our online store and the inventory in our warehouse are synced. When you purchase a product on our online store it means the product is already in stock and ready to ship. But on very rare occasions, technical issues might cause this sync to fail, and one or more of the products purchased might be out of stock. IF this happens, we will offer an alternative product or refund you for the out of stock item/s. Your order may be marked as "partially fulfilled", meaning we will immediately ship the items that are in stock and the rest will be shipped as soon as the item/s are back in stock.
Products marked as "Sold Out" or "Unavailable" are normally available again within 1-4 weeks. Feel free to check back or contact us for information about availability of specific products.

Customers in the Greater Toronto area are welcome to pickup orders at our Customer Pickup location in Mississauga. Please note that we require at least 1 business day notice for pickup orders. When placing an order online, simply choose the "PICKUP" option on the checkout page. After we process your order we will send you an additional email with details about the date and time your order will be ready to be picked up.

I am using this for a higher temperature application where it will be subjected to continuous vibration and temperature ranges from 0C-80C. I just ran some temperature and vibration testing on this material and it has stood up better than PET-G, ColorFab-XT, or ABS. It was printed on a TAZ 5 with heated bed right in the recommended range and it worked perfectly with great bed adhesion and no difficulty with the print at all. Definitely going to be my go to filament for tough applications.
