Our High Speed PLA; Formulated for fast 3D printing speeds, low warpage and strength!

Main features include high print speeds, high rigidity & strength, extremely low warpage, excellent layer adhesion and gap filling thanks to high MFR and low printing temperature.

Strength and layer adhesion test results from video above:

Samples were printed on the Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer using default generic PLA settings. 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill, 220C print temp, 55C bed temp, 250mm/s print speed. High Speed PLA showed a 44% overall strength increase compared to standard PLA printed at the same speed and settings!

High Speed PLA 3D Printing Filament Canada

Successfully 3D print large rigid parts quickly and accurately!

This High Speed PLA also features extremely low warpage... perfect for applications where low shrinkage and high dimensional accuracy are required; these features are particularly useful when printing medium to large size objects that are prone to failure due to warpage and excessive shrinkage.

In addition, the high melt flow rate (MFR) of this material (which is nearly double compared to standard PLA), greatly improves the ability to print at high speeds without sacrificing details, surface finish and interlayer adhesion. Further more, the extremely low shrinkage of this material allows for 3d printing with very high dimensional accuracy!

3d printing temperature guideline Printing
Temperature:

Notes:

190°C - 220°C
  • Can be printed with a heated print bed set to 40°C - 60°C
  • Adheres well to most printing surfaces. If needed a good quality glue stick should be used for improved bed adhesion on most bed surfaces.
  • Can be printed as low as 180°C if needed to further reduce warping.
  • If excessive stringing occurs, the materials may need to be dried in a dehydrator.
