TCPoly has developed proprietary materials that enable printing of value add parts with enhanced functionalities. Our first commercial product, the ice9™ Thermally Conductive Filament, is the world’s highest thermal conductivity 3D printing plastic and can conduct heat 50x higher than traditional plastics. This allows for 3D printing of new heat transfer products for electronics thermal management, heat exchangers, mold tooling and many other industries.

TCPoly offers the highest thermal conductivity for 3D printing filaments. With up to 15 W/m-K, TCPoly filaments offer unparalleled thermal performance in 3D printed parts for electronics cooling and other heat transfer applications.
•  Matches the thermal conductivity of stainless steel
•  Half the density of Aluminum
 •  High toughness and high flexibility
 •  High corrosion and fouling resistance
 •  Electrically insulating or non-insulating (EMI/RFI shielding)
 •  Up to 15 W/m-K for printed parts, up to 8 W/m-K in filament for sale

Ice9 Rigid is a nylon based thermally conductive filament with temperature stability above 150°C. The filament is electrically non-insulating and has a thermal conductivity of 4 W/m-K in the print direction. This filament is ideal for mold tooling and any applications requiring high thermal conductivity, stiffness and temperature stability. Ice9 Rigid works well with most standard FDM printers (with nozzles that can achieve at least 260°C print temperature).

Shore Hardness: 70D

We have worked extensively to redevelop a stiff filament that is printable and high performance. Ice9 Rigid filament boasts high thermal conductivity while maintaining good mechanical properties and high thermal stability.
