While our support staff is extremely experienced in 3D printing and will try to help you as best they can, give you advise, tips, tricks etc., please remember that 3D printing involves many different variables and the material you are printing with may not always be the root cause of your problem.

Please note that some of the materials sold on our site are not manufactured by us. If your question is concerning a material/product from a different manufacturer, our staff may not always be able to provide you with the same level of support as the the original manufacturer might.
