30-Day Refund Policy for 3D Printer Filament
Replacement for Faulty Filament
If you receive a faulty spool of filament, please contact our customer service at Filaments.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement spool to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Returns for Cosmetic Reasons
We understand that sometimes the appearance of the filament may not meet your expectations. However, returns for cosmetic reasons will be the customer’s responsibility. If you wish to return a spool for this reason, please note the following:
- Returns must be sent at your own expense.
- Ensure the spool is unused and in its original packaging.
- Include a note with your name, order number, and contact information.
Refund Process
To initiate a return for cosmetic reasons, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to inform us of your intention to return.
- Send the item back to us using the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that any opened or used filament spools are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects.
